I acknowledge and declare that I have read the “Data Protection Statement For Participants of İTÜ Arı Teknokent Big Bang Startup Challenge” (“Data Protection Statement”) served to me; that I have been informed, in particular within the framework of the principles and obligations set forth in laws, about the collection, recording, processing of my personal data and its transfer abroad—via the social media accounts of Arı Teknokent Proje Geliştirme Planlama A.Ş.—to the foreign countries where the servers of the relevant account are located, for the purposes, methods, and legal grounds specified in the Data Protection Statement; that I have been informed clearly and understandably about my rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and how to exercise these rights; and that I have been expressly informed that I may withdraw the explicit consent I have given at any time. In this context, I consent to the processing and transfer abroad of my data within the visual and audio data category for the purposes specified in the Data Protection Statement.
